Trace Mail

Can you trace an email?

After we send an e-mail it has to be passed through a number of mail servers.  After it reaches the destination each e-mail includes a portion of the header component that shows the sender's IP address.  This is the top part of your message box and from there you will be able to know where the e-mail is coming from.  Finding the exact location of the e-mail header may vary from one e-mail recipient to the other because every e-mail message always contains a header.  It must be easy to locate it.

Please type the header of your e-mail in the area provided below.  Then click the "Submit" button.  The Internet Protocol (IP) address and location of the sender can be identified by us using the e-mail header.  However, depending on the e-mail header patterns the script may be difficult to identify the IP address.
